Broome Library National Poetry Month Lecture: "Storytelling Through Poetry" by Dr. Sofia Samatar Online

Examining the links between science fiction, fantasy, and poetry.

Sofia Samatar is the author of the novels A Stranger in Olondria and The Winged Histories, the short story collection, Tender, and Monster Portraits, a collaboration with her brother, the artist Del Samatar. Her work has received several honors, including the World Fantasy Award. Her next book, The White Mosque, is forthcoming in 2022.
